The industrialization process of amorphous coating technology will significantly accelerate, and there is an increasingly urgent demand for high-performance anti-corrosion and wear-resistant coatings in energy fields such as thermal power, wind power, and hydropower. Amorphous alloy coatings are transitioning from "small, rapid steps" to "big strides". They are first applied in thermal power enterprises in complex environments such as Xinjiang and Qinghai, and the demand for anti-corrosion in coastal ports and offshore wind turbine towers brings new opportunities. In the consumer electronics field, Amag Technology's amorphous alloy, as a core material for folding screen hinges, has been supplied in bulk to Huawei. After the new base in Zhuzhou is put into production, the supply capacity will be further enhanced to meet the market growth demand for folding screen phones and laptops. Emerging application areas such as the joints of embodied robots and precision transmission components are opening up broad application spaces.

 

3. The rapid growth of the market size and the promotion of connotation improvement form a dual driving force.

Among them, the demand for high-frequency and low-loss magnetic materials in emerging fields such as new energy vehicles, photovoltaic energy storage, and data centers has surged, becoming a new growth engine. However, while the industry is expanding in scale, it also needs to pay more attention to connotation improvement - currently, the amorphous alloy powder industry faces three major challenges: the mismatch between product quality and market demand, insufficient research on material properties, and the urgent need to improve product consistency and stability. The China Electrical Equipment Industry Association points out that China's amorphous alloy industry is in a position of running parallel or leading globally, but there is a slight gap in consistency and stability compared with Japan, the United States, and other countries. In the future, it is necessary to seize new application opportunities such as solid-state transformer cores, amorphous motor cores, and automotive core magnetic integration, prevent internal competition, and promote the standardized development of the industry through the construction of high-quality standards.
