Nanocrystalline Materials Redefine Battery Architecture​

The “NanoSolid-X” battery leverages a 3D nanocrystalline composite electrolyte, where precisely engineered nanocrystals (under 5 nanometers) and optimized interfacial structures enable ultra-fast lithium-ion conduction (300% higher ionic conductivity) while suppressing dendrite formation. Compared to conventional liquid or solid electrolytes, the material boasts exceptional thermal stability (-40°C to 150°C), ultra-thin flexibility, and a record-breaking energy density of 500 Wh/kg—more than double today’s mainstream EV batteries (200-300 Wh/kg).

EnerTech also unveiled a bulk metallic glass (BMG) encapsulation technology, utilizing amorphous alloys’ high strength and corrosion resistance to reduce battery pack weight by 30% and enhance safety in extreme collision scenarios.
